The presentation will give practitioners a better understanding of how to implement efficient, defensible and repeatable keyword searches.  Discussion topics will include:
    -framing the debate between keyword and conceptual searching
    -understanding and leveraging the Sedona Conference principles on ESI searches
    -identifying courts' increasing expectations of attorneys through caselaw and anecdotal experiences
    -practical tips on effective keyword construction and search processes
    -effective strategies for negotiating reasonable terms and processes with opposing parties
