HOW TO REPORT A COMPUTER CRIME
KPMG's diverse client base encompasses the Who's Who in worldwide business. Tony specializes in providing services to those clients in the areas of digital evidence recovery; evidence and discovery management; and litigation readiness in support of litigation, compliance and monitoring, investigations and fraud detection.
Tony has assisted with a wide variety of eDiscovery and computer forensic needs --from theft of intellectual property and patent litigation to employee investigations including harassment, wrongful termination and other HR matters -- all with special twists and unique industry-specific issues. That gives Tony added insight into the common pitfalls and mistakes eDiscovery practitioners should avoid. "By understanding the common issues beforehand, you can help reduce costs, improve your discovery readiness plan, and help minimize the risk of sanctions," Tony said.
In addition to his client services, during his tenure at KPMG Tony had the opportunity to participate on a rotation with KPMG's internal Office of General Counsel (OGC) litigation support EDD team where he assisted KPMG's counsel with the identification, collection, preservation and production of ESI in response to litigation.
